This week, we are pleased to sit down with the Class of 2007 alumna and IB scholar recipient, Ika Azwa Muzamal. After reading law at the University of Leeds, followed by a career in corporate finance and as legal counsel for a company in the construction sector, Ika joined ISKL in the new role of Talent and Culture Development Lead in July 2019. We find out more about her memories as an ISKL student, her love for tennis, her job role, and her hopes and dreams for ISKL.

From an ISKL perspective the Class of 2019 has become part of its own educational learning journey and the motto “Once a Panther, Always a Panther” now holds true for these graduates as they are welcomed into ISKL’s alumni community. Congrats Grad!
The idea of a batik sash was first initiated by the ISKL Parent Teacher Association (PTA) in 2011 and since then our parent team of Grade Level Coordinators (GLCs) have taken responsibility for sourcing the batik print and producing the sashes.
ISKL is proud of its graduating class of 2017. Our seniors demonstrated commitment, resilience and passion. They truly embodied ISKL’s motto “Be All You Are” as shown by the wide range of topics they will be reading at university, from economics to medicine, law to media communication, we have no doubt that they will make a positive contribution to the world. Special mention to our two IB scholars, Chua Zi and Lim Jih-Ming, we are so proud of you.
ISKL’s Class of 2016 will leave ISKL for destinations both near and far. Of the 150 graduates, some graduates will participate in GAP Year programs, while others will enter the finest universities worldwide.
