Investing In Your Child’s Education

ISKL champions each child’s personal growth, development, and self-directed learning. Supported by individual learning pathways in an inclusive and caring environment, our students are on a lifelong learning journey driven by ISKL’s mission to inspire each learner to shape their path as global citizens.

Hear from our students, parents and alumni about what makes ISKL such a special school.

NOT-FOR-PROFIT-SCHOOLSelecting a school is a major investment in your child’s future and is one of the most important decisions you will make. As you consider your options, it’s important to know where your fees are spent.

ISKL’s status as a non-profit school sets us apart from the majority of for-profit international schools in Kuala Lumpur. It means that our sole stakeholders are our students and aligned with our Vision and Mission, we exist solely for their benefit.

It makes a huge difference for our community to know that the fees they pay are invested solely into providing their children with the best international educators and the best learning environment possible:

  • Typically around 70% of revenue is invested in the recruitment and retention of ISKL’s forward-thinking international educators who are experts in their field and skilled in creating stimulating, caring, and appropriately challenging environments for learners.
  • Our low school-wide student-to-teacher ratio students benefit from more individualized instruction and a classroom environment that supports learning and growth.
  • Our long-term campus master plan means our community benefits from learning spaces and facilities that evolve in line with educational and social and emotional needs.
