At a special VOX ISKL panel discussion to celebrate Inclusive Schools Week, our audience heard from panelists about what inclusion looks like and feels like for them, the language and cultural sensitivities we need to be aware of, and how to advocate for a child with learning differences.
At ISKL, high-quality instruction for ALL learners means that our teachers know the needs of each student in their classroom and design lessons that remove barriers and make the learning accessible for all.
Inclusive Schools Week provides an opportunity for our community to reflect on our status as a fully inclusive school by serving our entire student population’s academic, social, emotional, and development needs.
Next week our High School students will be celebrating Inclusive Schools WeekTM (ISW) and participating in activities designed to raise awareness about the importance of
