SCHOOL-WIDE LEARNING RESULTS (SLRS)

ISKL’s School-Wide Learning Results (SLRs) are based on six learning outcomes that last a lifetime and enable our students to tackle the future with confidence: Think Creatively, Reason Critically, Collaborate Constructively, Communicate Effectively, Live Ethically, Learn Enthusiastically. Our SLRs are embedded within our curriculum and culture, and are a crucial component in ensuring our students are future-ready. From Elementary School to High School, developing and practicing these important skills is integral to an ISKL education.

ISKL global learners …
use a wide range of idea creation techniques, create new ideas independently, refine ideas for improvement and act to make useful contributions.

Reason Critically

ISKL global learners …
use a variety of appropriate thinking strategies, analyze information, synthesize input, and meaningfully reflect on learning to ask further questions.

Communicate Effectively

ISKL global learners …
listen respectfully, articulate thinking, use appropriate communication styles, and integrate media effectively when appropriate.
