Learning Resource

ISKL Batik Logo

The Learning Resource (LR) team works collaboratively with all teachers to ensure all students are supported with their academic, social, and behavioral learning needs. This may include diagnosed learning differences such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD- Level 1), ADHD, or a Specific Learning Disability in reading or math. Students who have no diagnosed learning differences but simply require a little extra boost to fill in academic gaps or to support executive skills such as organisation, flexible thinking, or planning and prioritising are also supported. The level and intensity of support is highly individualized and based on data.

In collaboration with teachers, the LR team identifies student needs, then designs and implements research-based interventions and strategies to support these students. The overall vision is that all students achieve success academically, socially, emotionally, and physically, given the appropriate guidance and support.
