Grade 1 students from Melawati went to see the play “Emily Brown and The Thing”. The play was a stage adaptation of the illustrated children’s book of the same name by Cressida Cowell (writer of How To Train Your Dragon) and Neal Layton.
We’ve had a fantastic four days with Sam Scott of MASSIVE Company and Dr. Mark Fonder Professor Emeritus Ithaca College NY, as our Artist in Residence.
Prep Senior students took a field trip to the High school Grade 10 classes and learnt about how the heart moves oxygen around the body.
The exhibition is a culmination of two years of prolonged focus to produce very creative artwork including drawings, paintings, prints, and sculptures.
