Collective Efficacy is one of ISKL’s core values and describes our belief that when we work together we can achieve great things. As outlined in a recent article co-authored by leading international schools consultant Ochan Kusuma Powell and ISKL’s Assistant Middle School Principal Doug Woodward, it was a key success factor for our school during online learning necessitated by the pandemic.
