Collective Efficacy is one of ISKL’s core values and describes our belief that when we work together we can achieve great things. As outlined in a recent article co-authored by leading international schools consultant Ochan Kusuma Powell and ISKL’s Assistant Middle School Principal Doug Woodward, it was a key success factor for our school during online learning necessitated by the pandemic.
In the summer issue of International School Magazine, Ochan and Doug share with fellow educators how teachers at ISKL collaborated to optimize learning and prioritize well-being and outline the principles that contributed to success in the midst of challenges.
