Try these: after school activitiesflexible pathwayscurriculum

Here are some simple steps on how you can protect yourself, your family, and friends:

Step 1: Hands

Wash hands for at least 60 seconds with soap and water. If no soap is available, use a hand sanitizer.

Step 2: Face

Do not touch your face, mouth, or nose before washing hands.

Step 3: Coughing and Sneezing Etiquette

Turn away from people or food and cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or handkerchief.

Step 4: Social Distancing

Maintain a 1.5-meter distance when socializing with others.

Step 5: Self-Care

The best way to prevent any disease is to maintain a healthy immune system, ensure to have a good night’s sleep, eat nutritious food, exercise, and reduce stress.

Prevention Panther also advises us to watch out for Covid-19 symptoms. These symptoms range from having the flu to experiencing a mild cold, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties.

If you experience any of these symptoms, do not panic. Stay home and call your local emergency service for more advice.

We can all take a page from Panther’s handy health guide book and remember that awareness is the key to prevention.

Thank you, Panther, for reminding us that awareness is the key to prevention.

Let’s continue to keep our community safe!
